Welcome to Lineside Lens, my little corner of the internet where I occasionally put up railway-related photo essays and posts, mostly from my home state of NSW.

I started writing in early 2026, although I've been interested in trainspotting since 2025.

A Note on Photos

All photos published on this site are my own unless otherwise noted. If you would like to use these photos for your own purposes please send me an email beforehand, I'd love to see what you do with them!

My kit: Currently the majority of photos here are taken on my Canon EOS R10 with the RF-S 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM kit lens.

Previously, I used a borrowed Canon EOS 600D with an EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS lens.
